Leadership for the 21st Century is a one-credit course sponsored by University Housing, Counseling Psychology and Human Services, the Holden Leadership Center and the Office of Multicultural Academic Support. It is offered during the Week of Welcome and is directed towards incoming first-year students. This course will provide you the opportunity to meet university leaders, discuss theories of leadership in small groups with a faculty/staff mentor, and meet student leaders from across campus that are looking to help get you involved! The course is a combination of short presentations, collaborative activities, and small group discussions. Previous keynotes have included University President Dave Frohnmayer and U.S. District Court Judge, Ann Aiken.

Registration for the course happens each summer at IntroDUCKtion where you register for fall courses; the Course Registration Number (CRN) for the class is 12030. Course registration is limited to the first 100 students who register, so make sure to take this information with you if you are interested!
