World Series of Leadership
The World Series of Leadership is a series of interactive workshops and seminars that provide the resources necessary to develop self-identity, personal integrity, organizational understanding, communication skills and much more. Talented UO students, faculty, and staff along with dynamic community leaders volunteer to facilitate for this program. At the beginning of each academic term a program calendar is published and distributed to the campus community that details what is being offered that term. Session size is generally between 35-50 participants. Topics include: goal setting, identifying leadership style, group processing and decision making, dispute resolution, fundraising, ethical decision making and team building.
