The Holden Leadership Center was created in 2005 to expand UO leadership opportunities and aid students in their development as successful citizens. Over the past year the HLC has worked closely with campus and community experts to design a comprehensive slate of programs and services, including the UO Leadership Summit, The World Series of Leadership, President’s Leadership Symposium, and Oregon LeaderShape. Support from local and national foundations significantly enhance the educational offerings of the UO.

The Holden Leadership Center is wonderfully positioned to respond to the needs of the community and support new initiatives. In particular, the Service Learning Program offers a wonderful vehicle for personal, organizational, and community development.
